Hello Mush for the Cure,
Just writing to let you know that after reading about the unbelievable conduct of Komen and their multiple lawsuits and trademarks, I will never, ever donate to their “charity” again; nor will I participate in any event their name graces, nor any product w/ their logo. I am outraged and have bought merchandise from your website this morning to help your cause. Good luck to all of you and keep up the good work.

I recently read an article discussing the legal issues you are facing with the Susan G. Komen Foundation. I am an attorney in Jacksonville, Florida who is appalled and dismayed over this story. I would like to offer my assistance to your pro bono legal team. Please email mdavis51@hotmail.com if you would like to put me in touch with your legal team. I look forward to helping your organization in any way I can.

I’m a pin designer based in Ashland, WI. I would love to create a pin for your event! After reading your experiences with Komen I would much rather help your organization raised money. What I would like to do is create a dog sled pin and sell it at your event. I would donate 50% of the net to your event. All I ask is for a table to sell at and a flyer in your competiors packet. It takes about 6 weeks to design and manufacturer a pin, so please let me know it you’re interested and I’ll get to work.

I’m being attacked by Komen. I was also mentioned in the article on Huffington Post, but not quoted.
I’m now being asked to drop the name. I filed a trademark, which was approved, and now they are contesting it.
I am curious what the status is of your trademark and protection.
Thanks
Mike
