It is the mission of Mush For a Cure to raise awareness of and raise funds to find a cure for  breast cancer through annual pledge/tribute runs by dog team.

What is Mush For a Cure? Mush For a Cure is a non-competitive sled dog FUNdraiser with proceeds donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

The amount of pledges this group of pink clad mushers raised in 2013. The above amount does not include an employer match of $1805! Thank you to our mushers, dogs, handlers and volunteers for making the 2013 Mush for a Cure a huge success!

The Bald, Brave and Beautiful(?)…

Beautiful? Well, no. But brave and bald? Yes. We have to give special thanks to Forrest, Scott and Bruce for putting their heads (well hair) on the line for our 2013 BB & B(?) Competition. A week out from the shaving there was a disappointing number in the donations raised to shave their heads. By the time it was all over, these non-beauty’s had raised

$6000!!!!
